One dead after a shooting outside Salvation Army in downtown Tulsa

A Woman Outside Salvation Army, She Told Officers That A Man Was Threatening Her With A Machete. Officers Found The Suspect And Spoke With Him. The Man Was Compliant But Refused To Put The Machete Down. Officers Attempted To Get The Man To Drop His Machete By Using Less-Lethal Means, But The Suspect Attempted To Attack Officers With The Weapon, In Response, Two Officers Shot And Hit The Man. First Aid Was Attempted And Paramedics Pronounced The Suspect Dead At The Scene.
