A Reported Accidental Shooting. Officers Arriving On Scene Found 21-Year-Old Person Lying On The Floor With A Gunshot Wound To Her Upper Torso. Her 1-Month-Old Child While Handling A Firearm When The Gun Went Off. The Child Was Also Struck By Gunfire And Suffered A Significant Hand Injury.
