Alabama man charged after fight leads to shooting at South Chesterfield truck stop

66-year-old Keith Hopkins of Dothan, Alabama, charged with malicious wounding and use of a firearm in commission of a felony after verbal disagreement with 28-year-old male victim from Pennsylvania escalated into physical altercation; Hopkins pulled a gun and shot the victim. Victim transported to area hospital with non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Hopkins remained on scene, taken to Chesterfield County Jail and held without bond.
