Indiana State Police troopers found 17-year-old Hunter Blaine Rowley of Pekin dead inside a crashed vehicle. Washington County deputies responded after an apparent shooting and subsequent crash on South Big Springs Road between Salem and Palmyra. ISP investigators are working to determine what happened.
