Detectives with the Baltimore County Police Department have arrested 16-year-old Keith Maurice James Jr. in the homicides of 9-year-old Steve Allen and 15-year-old Giovanna Myrie. The brother and sister were found fatally shot on July 7, 2026 in the 6100 block of Talles Rd, 21207, following reports of a shooting.
