SHOTS FIRED: Officers respond to 20150 to speak to a female who stated she heard shots fired but wasn't too sure if they were gun shots. Officers canvased the area to which no victims were located and no shell casings were found. Female caller was not able to give a clothing description of a male and female she observed on her ring doorbell camera. Female advised that she observed a black male with dreads accompanied by a female on her ring doorbell camera, that were walking northbound on E.200th St. Female also mentioned she observed the black male carrying a firearm with an extended magazine.
