Man shot and killed outside P.T. Barnum public housing complex during residents' reunion. Victim identified as Johnny L. Nesmith, 46, of Hamden. Found outside Building 21 with multiple gunshot wounds around 1 a.m. Sixth homicide of the year in Bridgeport.
