Suspect fatally shot by Birmingham police officer after struggle over taser in UAB St. Vincent's parking deck. The incident began at a McDonald's on University Boulevard where the suspect allegedly assaulted an employee. The suspect fled to the parking deck, attempted to take the officer's taser, and was shot. The suspect died at the scene. View Source
