Bel Air police officer conducting a traffic stop Saturday night shot a driver who died at a hospital. Physical altercation occurred during the traffic stop in the 300 block of Franklin Street. Officer fired service weapon striking the man; victim was flown to Shock Trauma in Baltimore where he died.
