AGGRAVATED BATTERY BY SHOOTING. The victim and the suspect were involved in a verbal altercation concerning their pending divorce. The suspect pulled a gun and told the victim that she wasn't going to leave him and then shot her in the chest. The suspect fled in a white Toyota Camry with black rims. The victim was transported to a local hospital.
