MPD officers dispatched to shooting at 15 E Grant St high-rise apartment at approx 4:36pm. Additional gunfire reported inside. Suspected shooter deceased at scene. One other person died at scene. One person died at Hennepin Healthcare hospital. Three officers injured; two by gunfire (one shot in leg non-life-threatening; one underwent surgery). Seven others transported to Hennepin Healthcare.
