Gunshot fired through apartment floor into downstairs unit; projectile found lodged in wall. Appears to be accidental discharge; Alejandro L. Cruz, 30, charged with criminal possession of a weapon (ghost gun pistol) and first-degree reckless endangerment. No injuries.
