Officers responded to shooting at 3000 block of N. Wisconsin Ave. Two juvenile male victims (ages 3 and 10) sustained gunshot wounds to the leg, non-life-threatening injuries inside a residence. Marquise R. Paul, 18, arrested for Obstructing/Resisting a Police Officer and Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
