Shots Fired: A caller reported a large gathering at a neighbor’s house where shots were fired outside, and individuals left the area. Responding officers observed several vehicles departing. Individuals at the residence retreated inside before police arrival and reported no injuries, stated they were not involved, and indicated the shots came from a vehicle on Pilgrim Rd. Residents on scene were uncooperative with providing statements. A check of the roadway located nine .45 caliber shell casings and firework debris. No homes or vehicles were found to be struck. Several neighbors reported hearing the incident, but did not call police. Attempts to contact nearby residents with possible video footage were unsuccessful. The case is under investigation.
