The Dover Police Department has arrested a 16-year-old male in connection with the December 24, 2024 shooting that resulted in the death of the victim. The shooting occurred on Christmas Eve on Willis Road, north of North Little Creek Road. The victim was transported to Bayhealth Kent Campus and later flown to a New Castle County hospital for treatment.
