18-year-old killed after shooting in Lansdowne, Delaware County; two people questioned

A Lansdowne officer observed two men standing near a vehicle around 10:30 p.m. at North Wycombe and Blackburn avenues. Shots were fired and the vehicle drove away before crashing nearby. Inside the vehicle was an 18-year-old who had been shot multiple times. Officers rendered aid but the victim died at the scene. Police placed the Marshall House Apartments on lockdown and detained two men for questioning.
