Erika Cobb, 38, shot and killed just after 6 p.m.; found with gunshot wound and pronounced dead at scene. Suspect Yolanda Cobb, 68, a relative, taken into custody at scene and charged with murder. Verbal altercation preceded shooting; victim shot once in the head. Montgomery's 39th homicide of 2026.
