Albany police investigate afternoon shooting that sent one to hospital

Albany police responded to the 300 block of Livingston Avenue near McArdle Avenue around 2:35 p.m. Sunday for reports of a shooting and found a 29-year-old man with a gunshot wound to his arm. He was treated at the scene and transported to Albany Medical Center Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
