Sioux Falls man arrested after argument leads to shots fired early Monday

Man fired multiple rounds at another person during an argument outside a residence near West Parakeet Place and North Pelican Place around 3:45 a.m. No injuries or property damage reported. Brent Shull, 47, of Sioux Falls, arrested for aggravated assault and reckless discharge of a firearm.
