Tattoo shop owner Troy Conner, 44, was shot and killed inside Ill Ink Tattoo Parlor just before 11 p.m.; Wade Christopher Kastner Jr. was charged with murder after deputies say he assaulted his wife and shot Conner. Victim died at hospital.
