Shooting in Kanawha County leaves two injured, one in custody, deputies say

Two people were injured in a shooting in Kanawha County on Saturday. A man was shot in the leg during an argument and later taken into custody with charges pending; the alleged shooter, the property owner, was found at the residence with injuries to his arms and chest. Both were taken to a hospital.
