Man dead after reported shooting in Capitol Heights neighborhood

A man died after being shot at 5000 Emo Street in Capitol Heights around 11:40 a.m. Saturday. Officers arrived to find the man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a hospital where he was later declared dead. Police have not identified a person of interest.
