THREATS - THREAT-TERRORIST/STATE OFFENSES: On Wednesday, October 14th, 2026, officers were Plainview, Hale County, Texas in reference to a terroristic threat call for service. Upon arrival, officers spoke to the female victim who advised that her neighbor came outside while she was outside and began to threaten her. The female suspect advised that she was going to shoot the victim, as well as beat her up, drag her around Plainview, and burry her in a five-gallon bucket. Officers observed video of part of the incident. A report was generated.
