Man shot during argument on Park Avenue, Rochester police say

A 22-year-old Irondequoit man was shot at least once in the lower body during an argument on Park Avenue near Meigs Street around 2:08 AM. He was transported to Highland Hospital in a private vehicle with non-life-threatening injuries. No suspects in custody.
