Person shot dead at northwest Oklahoma City bank, police say; person of interest in custody

Man fatally shot outside First Citizens Bank in northwest OKC; victim made his way inside the bank before dying from gunshot wounds. Incident initially reported as armed robbery but OKCPD confirmed it was a targeted altercation. A person of interest was taken into custody later that evening.
